1. New Data Processing Agreement

We are supplementing our GTC with a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA). It governs the cooperation between you as Controllers of your patient data and us, who process this data on your behalf.

This gives you a clear data protection basis for our cooperation, with no additional effort on your part.

The Data Processing Agreement transparently sets out:

• Which data we process
• For what purpose we process data
• Where we process data
• Which partners we work with
• Which protective measures we take
• How we support you with patient requests
• How we support you with security incidents
• How data is returned and deleted at the end of our cooperation
• That you have the right to audit our processing
